Genesis introduced a new crossover GV60 – model in mid-2016 and will be celebrating its second anniversary next month. It will also introduce a new crossover GV70 next year. The new GV70 could be an upgraded version of the GV70, according to Auto Guide.
The entire Genesis lineup is updated and features more premium materials. However, the news is based on the publication’s interview with Genesis Senior Vice President Mark Tuttle. The publication described the new design as showing “beefed up fenders, a hood bulge, and a cladded tailgate.” The model will also reportedly be inspired by the G70 sedan.
The Genesis sedan was launched in the middle of 2014. The model features a unique double-frame grille, high-beam assist, and an ultra-bright instrument panel. The automaker claims to have improved its interior thanks to its Genesis Touch and Access and infotainment systems. This includes a new head-up display and a pair of center air vents with chrome bezels.
